Water Treatment Plant project progressing

Plans for the water treatment plant improvements have been approved by Ohio EPA’s offices in Columbus.  We received our Permit to Install for the construction of the WTP.  The PTI will expire in 2011.

In preparation of the project, the Village had our old Village Utilities Garage demolished.  The proposed treatment plant will be placed at the former location of the demolished building.

Based on the receipt of the PTI and funding availability, the Village is looking at a 2009-2010 construction date for this project.
