The Planning Commission of the Village of Spencerville has spent the last several months reviewing and updating proposed changes to both the Property Maintenance Codes (PMC) and the Zoning. Below are those 2 documents in revision form for your review. All additions are in bold and all deletions are crossed out. The Planning Commission invites you to attend any of their regularly scheduled monthly meetings, which are held the first Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 116 S. Broadway, to discuss any items of concern.
