The Village of Spencerville Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Thursday May 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers, 116 S. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887, to consider a Variance Application filed by Michael Miller of K & M Business Services, LLC, owner of 625 N. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887.

The Variance Application is pursuant to Article 18 of the Village of Spencerville Zoning Code and is requesting a reduction in the minimum required side yard setback in order to construct a new self-storage building to be owned by Michael Miller of K & M Business Services, LLC, 625 N. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887; specifically referred to as parcel #E1944-0111-05-014.000, which is currently zoned as M-1.  

A complete copy of the Application for the Variance is on file with the Village Clerk and is available for inspection during regular business hours.  The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to determine whether the Board of Zoning Appeals will allow the Variance request based on current Zoning Code limitations.

You are receiving this notice as per Articles 18.6, 18.7 & 18.8 of the Village of Spencerville’s Zoning Code, which states that when the Village receives a Variance application, all parties adjoining the subject parcel shall be notified of the application and be given due notice of the Public Hearing and the intent of the owner of the subject parcel.
