NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Village of Spencerville Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers, 116 S. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887, to consider a Conditional Use Permit Application filed by Kevin Fuerst of RKF Property Group, LLC, owner of 402 S. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887.
The Permit Application is pursuant to Article 17 of the Village of Spencerville Zoning Code and is requesting a Conditional Use Permit from the Village of Spencerville to permit a residential duplex in the real property owned by Kevin Fuerst of RKF Property Group, LLC, 402 S. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887; specifically referred to as parcel #E1944-
A complete copy of the Application for the Conditional Use Permit is on file with the Village Clerk and is available for inspection during regular business hours. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to determine whether the Board of Zoning Appeals will allow the requested Conditional Use Permit based on current Zoning Code limitations.
